Rokkakkei - Inter Scaldes edition

This exclusive knife set was born from a shared vision between Michelin-star chef Jeroen Achtien and Rokkakkei. The first time they met, a spontaneous, hours-long conversation emerged, which led to a refined design that combines aesthetics with high quality.

Each knife is handmade by Atelier Rosie and features handles crafted from mussel shells and broken oyster shells embellished with gold leaf, reflecting the natural beauty of the surroundings of the Zeeland-based restaurant.

The magnetic knife block and leather-covered box are handcrafted by Rokkakkei and made from walnut wood—a recurring element in the interior of Inter Scaldes. Rokkakkei, the Japanese word for hexagon, enriches the set with it’s signature hexagonal design, and brings a touch of Inter Scaldes craftsmanship to any culinary space.
